The main process of the company consists of covering all parts received from the customer. There are many kind of process, the nylon spray process, the painting process, in two different ways, manual and semi-automatic.
Before the nylon spray or the painting process, it is necessary to prepare the part by making an electro deposition flocking experiment.The Electro deposition and the electrostatic flocking are made by utilizing an electrostatic force due to Coulomb's law, and is a technology of attaching the short fibers (piles) on the substrate coated with a pre-adhesive.
